Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. During new collection launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Worldwide Shipping

Studio Evangeline proudly ships worldwide.

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Available shipping methods may vary depending on your location.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped.

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Studio Evangeline is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your tracking information hasn't updated for an extended period or you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us. We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and keep you informed throughout the process.
