Returns Policy

Due to the intimate nature of swimwear and because this is a very limited debut collection, all Studio Evangeline purchases are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return Eligibility

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through our Contact page. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review your request.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, you're still welcome to reach out to us. While returns, exchanges, refunds, and store credit cannot be guaranteed, we'll review each situation individually and do our best to provide a fair resolution whenever possible.

If an exception is approved at our sole discretion, the item must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Have the hygienic liner fully intact and not removed.
  • Be free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, lotions, or any other signs of wear.
  • Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for a return, refund, exchange, or store credit.

We'll carefully review your request and respond as soon as possible. While returns, exchanges, refunds, and store credit cannot be guaranteed, we'll work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

Refunds

If a refund is approved at our sole discretion, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that once a refund has been processed, it may take several business days for your bank or card issuer to complete the transaction and for the funds to appear in your account.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale

All Studio Evangeline swimwear is final sale. Returns, exchanges, refunds, and store credit are not guaranteed and are provided only at Studio Evangeline's sole discretion.
